Do you want to know why I care so much about your health and wellness? The answer is really basic. I’m a psychologist and helping people to do well in life is what I do.

My focus on health and wellness is really born out of how I actually live my life daily. Helping people is my passion and I happen to also make a living at it. Not surprisingly, when you are passionate about it, you do it no matter if you are being paid or not.

The idea that I can reach hundreds, even thousands of people with one video vs the one person at a time that I do in my office … very appealing.

There is something very satisfying about helping. I hope that everyone out there gets the opportunity to help someone because it helps us to connect to others in a way that is very meaningful.

Meaningful connection to others is the cornerstone of good mental health. We connect with family, with friends, with spouses, and we can also connect with our community.

Good mental health comes from your ability to maintain good physical health and taking care of yourself by engaging with the people you love and the activities that matter to you.

I work on being happy everyday because happiness is a journey. It would be my pleasure to help you work on being happy, one video at a time.

Thank you for watching!

PS. When I began my journey to solve my hip issue, I did a lot of research to find answers to my hip inflammation. I realize, that there may be people who do not know how to find a mentor for weight loss and especially, finding the right mentor for weight loss. I really hope that these videos help you to see that my goal is to be that right mentor for weight loss. Because I will continually do the research necessary to give you the most up to date information that I have.

Please keep in mind that these videos are for educational purposes. I encourage everyone who wants to take action to find a psychologist to work with. Working with a psychologist is not only more efficient, but also keep in mind that a psychologist is trained to help people solve problems.
